During the delivery of this semi-trailer (or "trailer," as it is commonly referred to in the USA), we provided a full range of services for our client, as always: coordinating cargo pickup and gathering information about the semi-trailer from the sender, selecting the right truck for transport, calculating the most cost-effective route to Ukraine, issuing transit documentation, handling customs clearance, loading onto the vessel, and final delivery to the client in Ukraine — all within a comprehensive end-to-end logistics support framework.

Upon receiving all information from the seller, it turned out that the trailer had damaged wheels. We coordinated their replacement with the client, installed brand-new wheels, and proceeded with transportation. During pickup, re-weighing all used cargo is a mandatory condition for us to avoid issues during transit. After re-weighing, it was revealed that the sender provided incorrect weight data — understating it by 7 tons. This allowed us to adjust logistics solutions in advance and avoid potential complications during vessel loading and customs clearance in Ukraine.

The semi-trailer was delivered on time, undamaged, and without delay, fully considering all client wishes.
