International delivery of oversized cargo between the USA and Ukraine always involves obtaining permits across various jurisdictions along the route, coordinating inland transit routes with government authorities, engaging marine surveyors at ports of departure and arrival to oversee cargo securing, coordinating oversized loading/unloading operations with ports, alongside numerous related actions and solutions.

Upon receiving the delivery request, we were informed that there was no crane capable of lifting cargo of this weight at the loading site. Our partners proposed their options, but the cost was too high for the client. Therefore, we contacted local crane service providers near the loading origin. Following several negotiations, we found a company offering optimal pricing and the necessary technical capabilities. The client approved, and we arranged the loading without delays.

Another challenge was that the equipment was used (second-hand), and the sender lacked precise weight details—providing only approximate estimates. Given the importance of exact parameters for transport, we decided to verify the specifications directly with the manufacturer. It turned out that the actual weight of the equipment was 10 tons heavier than the seller had stated. After loading, we re-verified the weight, and the data was confirmed. This allowed us to avoid potential risks and additional expenses.

The equipment was delivered on time, intact, and without delay.
