This was the exact request our client approached us with: to organize loading and carry out the delivery of equipment from the USA to Ukraine.
In the USA, all loading and unloading operations are planned well in advance, as the standard allowed time for cargo handling without detention fees is 2–3 hours — it operates quite differently from what we are accustomed to in Ukraine.
One truck across the USA (this was our recommendation to reduce the client’s costs, as hiring individual trucks, even small ones, for each cargo would have been significantly more expensive)
A forklift at one of the loading sites (since the sender’s forklift was out of order at the time)
Two ocean containers, 40HQ and 20HQ, routing from Houston (Texas) to Gdynia (Poland)
One truck from Poland to the final destination in Ukraine
Extensive coordination and communication among all supply chain stakeholders
