1. What data we collect
We only collect data you provide yourself through the request form on the site:
- name
- phone number
- email address
- information about your cargo and route that you include in the message
2. Purpose of processing
- contacting you to answer your request and quote the shipment
- preparing a commercial offer and, if you wish, arranging the shipment
3. How we store data
Form data is not stored in the website database — it is sent by email to the company’s business address and handled by a manager. Only authorised staff have access to the mailbox.
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to process the request and fulfil any contractual obligations that may arise.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary for the site to function:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protecting the form from automated submissions (spam)
- Google Maps — displaying the map on the Contacts page (only after your cookie consent)
- Google Analytics — anonymised visit statistics (only after your cookie consent)
5. Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the GDPR (for visitors from the EU) you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to office@transit-freight.com.
